Descriptive Psychology Press was founded by the Society for Descriptive Psychology in 1990, when technological changes made it possible for a professional society to take control of its own publications.
Initially, the Press published works of primary interest to a small but highly committed membership. With the advent of the Internet and on-line book purchasing, the breadth and scope of our audience has expanded.
Descriptive Psychology Press publishes three series:
- Monographs. Definitive treatments of topics of particular significance, as seen from the perspective of Descriptive Psychology, by a premier authority on the subject.
